As the co-founder of Tini Monti, an e-commerce shop for kids’ clothing and accessories, I was responsible for creating a seamless, intuitive and engaging experience for our broad consumer base, which would convert prospects into customers. Categorization was key to our site architecture, allowing customers to browse by age, stage, season, price, etc. Product imagery, variants and prices were easily accessible with a quick and seamless checkout process. With extensive code customization using LiquidJS and third party app integrations using the Shopify platform, we tailored and simplified the functionality for our users. With our MVP in place, we completed extensive user testing, implementing feedback and re-testing to continually improve the experience.
